All orders are shipped upon confirmed payment. 

A tracking code will be sent to you via SMS once your orders are packed and ready for pick up by logistic company.

Shipping to Malaysia:

2-3 working days, not including Sat/Sun/PH (Klang Valley only).

3-4 working days, not including Sat/Sun/PH (Outside Klang Valley),

within West Malaysia only.

Shipping to Singapore:

4-5 working days, not including Sat/Sun/PH.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is recipient at the shipping address within the delivery period window. If the logistics company finds no representatives to receive the goods within 10 minutes, the driver has the right to leave and customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of RM18 to IMMUNITY+ via online transfer.

Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen 

and we shall not be held any responsibilities on it but should assist to track the location of the goods.

All purchases made through IMMUNITY+ are final.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers may make an exchange, if the goods received are broken, defect or any issues you deemed unsatisfactory. Kindly take a picture of the product, the description of issue and keep them sealed in the original box - drop an email to [email protected]within 3 days upon receiving your orders. 

Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether or not the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless agreed specifically in writing in advance. 

If there is any refunds taking place, kindly be informed that the transfer might not take place immediately – it may take 3-5 days to process the fund.  Contact us directly if you have received a defect/broken or an incorrect item. These items may be returned to us fully at our expense.
